When my husband of 18 years and best friend of 28 years passed away, I was left with the overwhelming responsibility of raising our two young teenagers (now young adults) alone. The sorrow and uncertainty seemed insurmountable. But within that despair, I found a flicker of hope a whisper of faith that told me I could overcome this. My journey was not easy, but it was faith that anchored me through the storm.

Faith gave me the strength to take each day as it came. It reminded me that even in the darkest times, God had a plan for me and my teenagers. As I leaned into this faith, I discovered a resilience I never knew I had. I became more determined to not only survive but to thrive.

This newfound determination pushed me forward, igniting a passion to help, encourage and motivate others. I realised that my experiences, though painful, were not in vain. They equipped me to inspire and support others in living their best lives and fulfilling their God-given purposes.

Through faith and perseverance, I have been able to turn obstacles into stepping stones, proving that with courage, anything is possible.

To anyone who might be going through one challenge or another today, my encouragement to you is:

In the face of life’s most daunting challenges, it is our faith that provides the strength to persevere and find hope in the darkest of times. Just as I discovered a renewed sense of purpose and resilience through my faith after losing my beloved husband, I encourage each of you to hold on steadfastly to your own beliefs and inner strength.

Remember, every obstacle is an opportunity for growth, and with unwavering faith, you can overcome any adversity. Let your faith be the guiding light that leads you through, even when the path ahead seems uncertain.
